Teaching with heart
Tracy has a long history of teaching and guiding people of all ages and backgrounds in reaching their full potential. Not only in wellness, she is also a credentialed teacher for her local charter school program. Prior to that she was in the classroom at the elementary level. Although she enjoyed her students she found that her passion was assisting parents and students in creating individualized learning programs because her time in the classroom showed her, that the traditional school environment isn’t always the best fit. There’s no one size fits all when it comes to learning and personal growth.
This shift also allowed her to fulfill the other part of her soul, which has always been to help share her knowledge and teach others how to harness the energy that is within us and available to us all. In order to maximize physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health, Tracy feels that when our soul, mind and body are connected, we can truly create healing, lasting change and live fulfilled and happy lives. By connecting to the elements around us and within us, the core pieces of our true selves, become one.
With 18 years of experience as a certified yoga instructor, Tracy’s passion for healing and personal growth led her to attend the transformative Love Heals retreat in Sedona, offered by Body and Brain Yoga and Tai Chi. This experience inspired her to pursue and complete her Qigong certification. Throughout her life, Tracy has immersed herself in the study of diverse spiritual practices from Korea, China, and India, constantly seeking deeper joy and understanding. She is now dedicated to helping you connect with your true self and experience the profound fulfillment that comes from living in alignment with your deepest essence.
